They'll share the same K20C1 engine and transmission. Gear ratios are slightly different. FK8 is geared towards faster acceleration. I believe the boltons are more along the lines of supporting mods, reason being is that ecu tuning involves upping the boost and adjusting other parameters, the boltons support this by being less restrictive than the stock parts, but I'll leave it to the experts to confirm From my experience, the real performance gains are from the ecu tuning and e85.
